Our web site design fee covers development plus a full year's routine corrections and changes (such as the addition of event dates or news items). After the first year, clients can sign up for yearly hosting and maintenance, or for hosting only. Our sites are hosted at our own very fast, high availability web host. We monitor our sites for availability, backup all changes, and automatically backup all databases on a regular basis - far more frequently than other services. All of our sites automatically include our mailing list at a tier level corresponding to the site level. That means that you can have an e-mail mailing list on your site from day 1, if you'd like to use it.
