IT and Network Services

MageeNET can provide all PC related IT and Network Services for a small or medium -sized business. This differs from Managed Hosting where we host the servers and equipment, housed in a datacenter where we rent space. With IT and Network Services, your servers and network equipment are located at your site, but we handle all aspects of installation and support.

Your servers and network are set up so that we can provide most of your support from our location; we come on-site to install new equipment, or on the rare occasion when the work requires that we be at your location.

Our services include:

• Equipment selection
• Hardware and software installation
• Data backup
• Email and telephone support - all by knowledgable experts, not "first level support"

Pricing and terms are dependent on your requirements. You can purchase monthly support at a discount by paying for a minimum number of hours.

At this this time, we offer this service only in certain NY State areas, generally from New York City (including NJ and CT) up through the Adirondack Region of NY State, and west to the MA line.
