What it is

Automatically synchronizes the hands-free, web-based collection of customer and prospect information with a shared Exchange Server Contact folder. Your sales, marketing, and customer service staff manage individual interactions using Outlook -- the interface with which they are most comfortable. The full power of a SQL database is available for targeted bulk mailing and for analysis of customer interest and experience.

Why you need it

You spend too much time manually transcribing contact information from one place to another. You have different pieces of contact information in different places. Your bulk emails go to large distribution lists with no individualized content (and, if you are not careful, each recipient can see the entire distribution list). You spend a lot of time maintaining information about customer interest, status, and experience when the customers could more easily do it themselves. You think you need a CRM system but cannot afford the cost or the time required to implement one.

How can I sign up?

Use the AdamApps Hosted Exchange Server 2000 offering and an AdamApps Subscription Services Mailing List then -- add this feature to the Exchange Server 2000 Service. There will be a modest set-up fee and an additional monthly service fee. The setup fee will depend upon the degree of customization you require. The monthly fee is $5 for every mailbox user that has access to the shared contact folder. We will add custom field names to your database and your contact folder to allow you to manage both internal and external information about your customers and prospects. For example, one of the applications for which you may use this is Lead Status and Qualification reporting.
